Luck Of The Draw

This is a social dance competition.

In the preliminary rounds, leaders and followers are randomly paired together and dance to songs of different tempos, but are judged individually.
In the finals, leaders and followers are randomly paired up, but will be judged as a couple as they dance in spotlight format.

Solo Jazz

Solo Jazz contests are solo Black American vernacular jazz dance competitions.
Dancers must use Charleston and vernacular jazz vocabulary. They will dance to music selected by ILHC Europe.

Advanced and Challenge levels will compete in battle format.

All Style 5vs5 Team Battle

All Style battle format for teams of 5 dancers.

While we don’t want to restrict the ratio between improvisation vs set sequences, be sure to have a good balance and be ready to embrace the battle spirit (aka improvise and react on the moment). Routines should be used occasionally.
